The exquisite Ballroom with its semi-classic design provides an impressive venue for up to 300 delegate’s theatre style and 150 guests for a formal dinner.

The magnificent and elegant ballroom can seat up to 150 guests or standing party 500 guests including a dance floor. For smaller weddings the individual banquet rooms are perfect for parties of 50 to 250 guests. For wedding parties of 400 guests or more, overnight service apartment accommodation offered compliments of the Roosseno Plaza (according to the availability). Special accommodation rates are available for your wedding guests.

WEEKEND:
Auditorium – Full Space Rp. 12.500.000,-nett max 5 hours
Auditorium – Half Space Rp. 9.500.000,-nett max 5 hours

Menu 1 : Rp. 55.000,-nett/pax
(Coffee – Tea & 2 kinds of snacks + keletikan)
Menu 2 : Rp. 65.000,-nett/pax

BIRTHDAY PARTY/ GATHERING PACKAGE :
a. Minimum 100 pax Rp. 250.000,- nett/pax
b. 100 – 150 pax Rp. 225.000,- nett/pax
c. Above 150 pax Rp. 185.000,- nett/pax

Food and Beverage provided not by the Appointed Catering Company, full rental rate is applicable, and surcharge Rp. 5.000.000,-nett for outside catering.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

  • Security Deposit Rp. 1.000.000,- for every event & Rp. 3.000.000,- for Wedding Party.
  • Non-refundable Deposit is required 3 days after reservation has been booked
  • Second payment equal to 50% from budget proposal should be settled 1 month prior to the event date
  • Full payment is required 2 week prior to the event date
  • Additional charge should be settled on the date of event
  • Surcharge Rp 3.000.000,-nett for outside Decoration.
  • Surcharge Rp 2.000.000,-nett for outside Documentation.
  • Surcharge Rp 2.000.000,-nett for outside Entertainment (MC, Music & Singer)
  • Surcharge Catering Rp 5.000.000,-nett for outside Catering.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION:

  • 100% cancellation fee from the total budget proposal is applicable within 14 days prior to the event date.
  • 50% cancellation fee from the total budget proposal is applicable within 30 days prior to the event date.
