TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- Security Deposit Rp. 1.000.000,- for every event & Rp. 3.000.000,- for Wedding Party.
- Non-refundable Deposit is required 3 days after reservation has been booked
- Second payment equal to 50% from budget proposal should be settled 1 month prior to the event date
- Full payment is required 2 week prior to the event date
- Additional charge should be settled on the date of event
- Surcharge Rp 3.000.000,-nett for outside Decoration.
- Surcharge Rp 2.000.000,-nett for outside Documentation.
- Surcharge Rp 2.000.000,-nett for outside Entertainment (MC, Music & Singer)
- Surcharge Catering Rp 5.000.000,-nett for outside Catering.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
- 100% cancellation fee from the total budget proposal is applicable within 14 days prior to the event date.
- 50% cancellation fee from the total budget proposal is applicable within 30 days prior to the event date.
